Our data center offers state-of-the-art redundancy for both power and cooling systems, ensuring that your infrastructure remains operational. We have implemented two fully independent systems, each with its own redundancy. This guarantees that network and internet connections, as well as electrical and cooling systems, remain operational without interruption, even during maintenance. Availability is our highest priority.
advanced security: protection class 3
We have implemented comprehensive security measures. The property is surrounded by an electrified fence and the specially designed buildings are constructed entirely of concrete (including internal walls) without windows, which impedes unauthorized access. This grants our data center the quality seal Protection Class 3.
Advanced alarm systems with perimeter security and seismic sensors, coupled with stringent access control down to the rack level, ensure that sensitive information remains secure. The system meets the stringent requirements of the Alarm Class 3 standard.
Additionally, our facility is protected by market-leading fire protection, with a Novec gas supression system and aspirating detectors, which can quickly detect and manage fires without posing a hazard to people.

Naturally, we are carrier-neutral, meaning you are free to connect to the internet (or via dark fibre) through the provider of your choice. If you prefer that we manage your connections, we offer a multi-redundant, high-capacity internet connection that is also secured with IDS/IPS and DDoS protection. We can also provide IP networks or assist with advertising your own.
We work closely with several providers of dark fiber and high-capacity connections, which lets us offer very cost-effective and redundant connectivity solutions, if you want to connect to another data center of an office.
Finally, we offer a high-redundancy routing and firewall service that, like our other services, is scanned for CVEs on a daily basis, and is updated continuously, or immediately if a vulnerability is discovered.

Our data center is located in Vallentuna, just outside Stockholm, and is easily accessible by both car and train. All our colocation customers have 24/7 access to the server hall. The alarm system is designed to be easy to understand without compromising security. Users are provided with an electronic key and a code. These grant access to the correct zone and rack.
The data center is designed from the ground up with people in mind. The noise level in the IT spaces is considerably lower than in a typical computer hall since the cooling system fans operate at a low RPM, contributing to a more pleasant working environment.
As a colocation customer, you can also book a temporary workspace directly adjacent to the hall with patch connections directly into your specific rack, as well as space for temporary or permanent storage of materials on-site in the building.
remote hands and remote eyes when you can't be on-site
If you are unable to be on-site, we also offer remote hands and remote eyes services, even outside of regular working hours. Our support organization provides quick responses, and our Network Operations Center can resolve issues 24/7 if needed. We can also receive materials onsite and store them securely until needed—meaning there is no requirement for the rest of your operations to be nearby.
