Which web package should I choose?
We have named our web packages to Base and Premium to simplify the choice, but you are free to choose what suits you best. For example if you are an individual with larger needs of performance we recommend you to choose our Premium Package
How fast am I up and running? Can I try you out first?
You will receive your account information just minutes after you have placed your order. Then we have 45 days trial period on our web packages so you can test your account and see that everything is working as you want it to.
How do I pay? Do I have to pay for a whole year?
We accept payments through credit card and trough bank transfer. You can pay monthly, quarterly or yearly.
How do I move to you from another web host?
As a new customer of ours, you have the opportunity to upload and test your web and email before your domain name is delegated to us. When you see that everything works you can either self redirect the domain name to us or contact email@example.com for free help with this. What is my lenght of contract?
We have no tied contract lenghts. If you do not want to continue being a customer of us, you can just end the service via the control panel. You pay in advance, and if you are quitting before your current contract period is over, we will refund the fee for the remaining contract period.
